     In additon to my regular litigation practice, I provide a service for $199 to those of you who want to negotiate your case directly with the insurance company.  There are certain types of cases that, with direction and advice, you can negotiate your own settlement as an alternative to hiring an attorney. Not all cases are suitable, but many are. For $199 I will review all your information (accident reports, medical records, etc.), provide you comprehensive written information on negligence law and insurance claims for either Nevada or California, give you sample settlement letters on a computer disk for you to download and modify for your own settlement letter, and conduct a 30 minute telephone conference with you where I will provide you advice, answer your questions, and discuss with you my evaluation of the settlement value of your case.
